The BLS 4000next b-lock is a reusable half mask with a bayonet connection, 25% lighter than the previous generation. Its drop-off system lets the wearer let it hang around the neck without full removal, and it fully disassembles in under a minute for cleaning.
Typical use: Ideal for industrial technicians and maintenance staff intermittently exposed to dust, vapours or gases who need to remove and refit their protection frequently.
The BLS 3000 Universal is a full face mask with an EPDM rubber face seal and a universal RD40 threaded connection (EN 148-1 standard), compatible with a wide range of market filters. Its wide panoramic field of view and rugged design make it well suited to extended industrial use.
Typical use: Recommended for industrial operators handling chemicals or working in polluted atmospheres over extended periods.
The BLS 2800next is a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) that draws ambient air through a filter and delivers purified air to the wearer's face via a breathing tube, reducing breathing effort. TH3-classified, it works with dust filters (BLS 802, P3 R SL) or combined gas/dust filters (BLS 821 A2P3, BLS 822 ABEK1P3), and is specifically designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zones 1 and 21 depending on the filter fitted).
Typical use: Suited to industrial and petrochemical operators working long shifts in explosion-risk zones that require continuous, assisted respiratory protection.
The BLS 2000 Universal full face mask offers a wide, distortion-free panoramic field of view thanks to its polycarbonate or glass visor (2150 version). Fitted with a double front exhalation valve and a 6-point harness, it reduces breathing resistance and ensures a precise, comfortable fit on the face.
Typical use: Suited to chemical, painting and surface-treatment industries requiring full respiratory protection combined with excellent visibility.
