A portable 60 W LED UV floodlight (395-405 nm wavelength, roughly 3,800 lumens) built to speed up the curing of UV-curable FRP composite sheets such as Solar Patch. Its IP65-rated aluminum-alloy and tempered-glass housing withstands outdoor and rainy conditions, and the lamp head tilts up to 180° to aim the beam at the repaired area.
Typical use: Used on site to cure Solar Patch sheets within minutes when natural sunlight is insufficient, at night, or during indoor repairs.
